The L3 Analytics Excel Dashboard templates are incredibly customisable but this will still not meet the needs of all organisations.  Some organisations require more metrics (as much as I try to persude them otherwise) or more segments.  You may need a specific type of funnel or to produce a dashboard designed to provide intelligence on a specific topic.  With experience creating dashboards for a large number of organisations, L3 Analytics can design a dashboard customised to any business requirements.

Automated Updating

The set of these dashboards is automated as is updating them each period.  However they require a solution to be developed to get the required data into the Data Summary worksheet.  While this data can be entered manually or via a copy & paste approach, dashboards work best when this process is also automated.

L3 Analytics can build data extracts for Google Analytics (using Next Analytics) or Omniture SiteCatalyst (using ReportBuilder).  With either tool, the data is extracted at the press of a button, minimising the time required to update dashboards and the risk of manual error.  The analyst’s time is freed up to review the data and provide recommendations to improve performance.
